Cancellation & Returns

Am I allowed to cancel the order after I get order confirmation mail and after I have made an online payment?

A 24 hours window is allowed to cancel / modify your order and the money will be refunded back in your account. Post this window, we will not be able to cancel your order.


Can I modify the order with a different fabric or wood color option?

Within 24 hours of placing the order you are allowed to modify the order. Post 24 hours we consider all orders as confirmed and final.


What if I receive a damaged product on delivery?

As our company’s policy, all our products are thoroughly checked before shipping and we always ensure that your order is delivered to you without any defect. Please thoroughly check the product for any damage, breaks, or unfinished work at the time of delivery and if there is any major damage or defect we would take the product back and replace it with a new one. We would inform you the new delivery schedule within 48 hours.


Do I pay shipping charges for returns?

No, we will have our shipping team pick up the faulty product and will be replaced back to you.


Can I cancel the order at the time of delivery if I do not like the product?

For the consumer satisfaction, we provide a 360 degree view of our designs in all the upholstery options. The consumer can also place an order for the swatches at a nominal cost. At every step our endeavour is to assist you in making decision and hence at the time of delivery we will not be able to take any request of cancellation/exchange.
